Terms and Conditions of 73bt — Clear Rules So You Can Bet with Confidence

By creating an account or using any service available on the platform 73bt, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you should not use 73bt's services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 73bt Group Ltd., the company that operates the 73bt platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to this document constitutes automatic acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms apply to all platform features, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, bonuses and promotions, support services, and any other features made available by 73bt now or in the future.

To use the services of 73bt, you must create a personal account with accurate and complete information. Registration requires your full name, a valid email address, CPF, date of birth, and mobile number. Providing false or incomplete information may result in immediate account suspension and cancellation of any bonus balance.

Each user may hold only one active account on the platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and, once identified, 73bt reserves the right to close all additional accounts and retain any balances held in them, in accordance with its anti-fraud policy. If you've forgotten your password or lost access to your account, please contact support instead of creating a new one.

• You are responsible for keeping your login and password secure — do not share them with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, except in cases of unauthorized access reported to support immediately.
• Identity verification (submission of a photo ID) may be requested at any time, particularly before your first withdrawal.
• The email address you register must be for your personal use only and is the official communication channel with 73bt.

73bt may request additional documents to verify your identity as part of its anti-money laundering and regulatory compliance processes. This verification is standard across the industry and protects both the user and the platform.

Access to the services of the 73bt is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older residing in territories where use of the platform is not prohibited by local law. It is the user's responsibility to verify whether online betting platforms are permitted in their jurisdiction before registering.

Employees, partners, and immediate family members of 73bt Group Ltd. employees are not permitted to create accounts or take part in promotions on the platform. Likewise, individuals whose accounts were closed due to a terms violation may not open new accounts without express authorization from the compliance team.

The 73bt accepts the following payment methods, all operating exclusively in BRL (R$): Pix, boleto bancário, credit and debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer (from banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, Inter, and others). International payment methods and foreign currency transfers are not accepted.

• Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 30.00 per request.
• Pix withdrawal timeframe: within 15 minutes of the request, available 24/7.
• Withdrawal fee: zero — 73bt charges no fees on withdrawals.
• Verification on first withdrawal: a photo ID document may be required.

Funds deposited into your 73bt account can only be withdrawn to the same payment source used for the deposit (for cards) or to the Pix key registered under the account holder's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. In cases of suspected fraud, 73bt reserves the right to hold the balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

Deposits via boleto bancário may take up to 2 business days to clear. For bets on events starting soon, we recommend using Pix, which is instant. 73bt is not responsible for delays caused by the user's financial institution.

All bets placed on 73bt are final once confirmed in the system. Typos or a change of mind are not grounds for cancellation. Always review your bet slip before confirming — the system shows a full summary with selections, odds, and potential return before final confirmation.

Odds available on the platform may change at any time before an event starts. The valid odds are those displayed at the moment the bet slip is confirmed. In cases of an obvious technical error in the odds (such as clearly incorrect odds resulting from a system failure), 73bt reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and refund the staked amount.

• Live bets may be subject to brief suspensions during moments of significant score changes — this is standard practice in the market and protects the integrity of odds.
• If an event is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed, bets are cancelled and the amount is returned to your balance — unless the event is completed on the same date with an officially recognized result.
• Parlay bets are calculated by multiplying the individual odds. If a selection within a parlay is cancelled, that selection is assigned odds of 1.00, without voiding the entire bet slip.
• 73bt covers football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), MMA and UFC, volleyball (Superliga), basketball (NBB, NBA), tennis, e-sports, and over 50 other sports — specific rules for each sport are available in the platform's help section.

The 73bt offers a variety of promotions for new and active users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms described in each offer. The general conditions that apply to all promotions are:

• Welcome bonus (200%): Applies to your first deposit, with a 5x rollover on the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50. You have 30 days to complete the requirement. Maximum bonus of R$ 200.00.
• Weekly freebet (R$ 50.00): Credited every Monday for users who placed at least one bet the previous week. Valid for 7 days after crediting.
• Cashback (10%): Calculated on your total wagers from the previous week. Credited every Monday as bonus balance, with a 1x rollover.
• Reload bonus (50%): Available once per month. Maximum bonus of R$ 100.00. Rollover of 3x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only the winnings generated after the rollover requirement is met are eligible for withdrawal.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim promotions repeatedly is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

73bt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with advance notice whenever possible. Changes to active promotions do not affect bonuses already credited and currently undergoing rollover.

The 73bt believes Sports Betting should be a form of entertainment, never a source of income or an obligation. Only bet what you can afford to lose without affecting your personal or family finances.

The platform provides the following self-control tools, accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, and monthly caps to control how much you deposit on the platform.
• Voluntary break: Suspend your account for set periods (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 6 months) whenever you feel you need a break.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Permanently close your account. This action is irreversible and prevents future registration with the same details.

• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical errors on the platform for personal gain.
• Using 73bt's services for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Filing unjustified chargebacks on deposits made via credit or debit card.
• Sharing your login credentials or allowing third parties to use your account.

Any breach of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance retention, and, in serious cases, reporting to the relevant authorities. 73bt actively monitors usage patterns to ensure platform integrity for all users.

The 73bt reserves the right to suspend or close accounts of users who violate these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice in cases of proven fraud or illegal activity. In all other cases, a notification will be sent to the registered email address explaining the reason for the action taken.

If you choose to close your account, any available balance (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded via Pix within 5 business days of your request. Bonus balances with an incomplete rollover will be automatically cancelled upon account closure.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 months with no activity (deposit, bet, or withdrawal) may be closed administratively. The user will be notified by email 30 days before closure, allowing them to reactivate the account or request withdrawal of any remaining balance.

The 73bt may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes to the platform, applicable law, or industry best practices. When significant changes are made, you will be notified by email at least 14 days before the new terms take effect.

The "last updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the current version was published. If you do not agree with the new terms, you may close your account before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of 73bt Group Ltd. and, with respect to Brazilian users, observe the relevant provisions of Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code (Lei n.º 8.078/1990) and the LGPD (Lei n.º 13.709/2018).
